Web Design: Need CSS fixed (Tuscaloosa) - Outsource.com (Tuscaloosa, AL) in Tuscaloosa, Alabama For Sale

It is the storefront theme, which is responsive. However, while changing the look of the theme, I messed up the css, including sizing which caused it to no longer be responsive. I need that fixed.
The background/header image looks like it scrolls. I do not like this. I want each side to end after baby image and fit all screens proportionately .
If you look at the header on homepage and the storefront page, you will notice the top margins are not the same. I need that fixed.
I want everything aligned and centered. The content body is too wide. It also needs to be aligned with the other elements.

Need everything center, aligned and sized proportionately.
and need it resized back to be responsive on all.
