Overview: The Leasing Manager is the engine that drives the propertys leasing and marketing efforts. As an onsite leader, this invaluable role collaborates with the corporate office and Property Manager to ensure creative targeted campaigns and events are executed and align with the Peak Campus brand. Through a collaborative effort you will work with the onsite team reach leasing goals and develop strategic plans for achieving budgeted occupancy and high renewals. Business Expertise: Self-starter who is capable of taking on responsibilities and initiating ideas A Creative mind to come up with unique marketing ideas that capture the Peak branding Excellent customer service skills Flexible and capable of prioritizing tasks when working in a busy and changing environment Knowledge of trending marketing techniques, specifically directed to college students Team leader that can successfully motivate others to achieve a common goal Responsibilities: Create a fun and exciting environment that student crave to live in Assist with the development and execution of annual marketing plans within budget Utilize the established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve the budgeted occupancy Stay current and knowledgeable with leasing and marketing trends Supervise the planning, preparation, and implementation of lease up events, renewal parties, property events, competitions, and Resident Programs as approved by the Property Manager Give informative property tours to potential prospects onsite Lease and renew beds/apartments via in person, on the phone or online Lead and develop PT and FT Leasing Consultants Assist in the recruiting and interviewing process Maintain accurate and current prospect traffic and leasing data Audit lease files as need to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures Assist with all move-out and move-in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move-in (as necessary) Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, and the model(s) Perform various administrative tasks as needed or as directed by the Property Manager and any additional responsibilities as required Qualifications: Position requires a high energy and organized individual A passion for helping college students find their next home College degree or proven success in a Leasing Manager position preferred Sales and/or management experience in multi-family housing, hospitality, or retail industries preferred Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technically savvy individual that can navigate through various social media platforms and a familiarity with Microsoft Office and Onesite NOTES: Additional Salary Information: Great compensation!
