Provide leadership to the Department's research program by interacting routinely with graduate students and faculty. The appointment is to be at the senior level and is intended to attract a scholar with a strong reputation in real estate; however, the appointment may be at either the associate or full professor level, depending on the candidate's experience and record. The compensation package is competitive, and commensurate with the candidate's record. The successful candidate will have an earned doctorate in finance, economics, or a closely related field, and a record of outstanding teaching and research in the real estate area, with publications in leading scholarly journals.
