They are widely regarded worldwide as best-in-class in all areas of their functional business units We need a Controller to come on board immediately to optimize the plant’s financial performance and competitiveness. Responsibilities Include: Lead financial forecasting process Participate in business plan validation for new programs – monitor start up and establish and investigate any variances. Ensure plant activities are compliant with company core finance procedures (product flow, inventory, routings, etc.) Provide reliable financial information in close relationship with operational and support functions of the plant. Provide necessary controlling analysis including standard costing, variance analysis, program margins and Control and manage the plant’s operating cash flow (capex, inventories and over dues). Act as a business partner with plant management and provide sound financial recommendations in order to develop action plans that will achieve operations targets and increase financial profitability. Qualifications: BA in accounting or finance. MBA or CPA a plus Minimum 3 years Controller/Accounting/Finance experience in a demanding manufacturing environment. SAP Experience High Skill level with Microsoft Excel Must be a strategic thinker and have a ‘big picture’ perspective. Experience complying with GAAP, SOX, IFRS and all government relations applicable.
