The Humane Society of West Alabama's cat adoption center at xxxx Veterans Memorial Pkwy is open Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Appointments are available for other times with advance notice. We're all-volunteer and need at least a couple of days of advance notice to schedule appointments.

This little lady is Punkin, a precious 4-month-old (12/24/12) silver/light gray and white tabby kitten! She's tiny, playful and very sweet! Punkin likes to feel safe and needs someone who can spend a good amount of time with her every day so she can bond and feel loved. Punkin has an interesting story - she miraculously fell into a pumpkin patch! No one really knows who she got there, but she was the only one, and was only a few weeks old at the time. She's had a wonderful time in foster care while she waited to grow old enough for adoption, but now she's at our cat adoption center and looking for a forever home! Our flat adoption fee is $75. Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits and are as healthy as possible as soon as they are in our care, and are not available for adoption until they are cleared by one of our trusted local veterinarians.
