The Humane Society of West Alabama's cat adoption center at xxxx Veterans Memorial Pkwy is open Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Appointments are available for other times with advance notice. We're all-volunteer need at least a couple of days of advance notice to schedule appointments.

This sweet little guy is Owen, a short-haired black kitten with light yellow eyes and a small white patch on his chest. He's approximately 5 months old (12/24/12). Owen is a friendly little guy! It doesn't take much to make him purr, and he loves noisy toys. He's been polite and gentle with children, but we aren't sure how he feels about dogs. Stop in at our cat adoption center or contact us to meet Owen!

Our flat adoption fee is $75, a fee to help defray a fraction of vet costs and general care expenses. Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits and are as healthy as possible as soon as they are in our care, and are not available for adoption until they are cleared by one of our trusted local veterinarians.
