The Humane Society of West Alabama's cat adoption center at xxxx Veterans Memorial Pkwy is open Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Appointments are available for other times with advance notice. We're all-volunteer and need at least a couple of days of advance notice to schedule appointments.

This beautiful young lady is Bella, a beautifully painted Calico girl with underlying tabby stripes! She's so gorgeous that she looks hand-painted! Bella is a very sweet, affectionate girl who loves to steal your lap for your undivided attention. She's an excellent companion type of girl who'll love spending days and nights with you. She'll greet you at the door, she'll want to sit with you while you're watching tv or on the phone, and she'll be right there with you in bed at night. When she wants to listen to you, you'll know! But if she wants to share the events of her day, she'll chatter a little bit, too! She's truly looking to become a part of someone's family. She would do well with other passive and friendly cats, but would also be happy as the only cat. If she's mostly separated from dogs, she could adjust to being in the same household with them. Please stop in to our cat adoption center or contact us to meet Bella!

Our flat adoption fee is $75, a fee to help defray a fraction of veterinary costs and general care expenses. Our adoptable animals have routine vet visits, and are as healthy as possible as soon as they are in our care. Vet records are provided to adopters. Read the descriptions thoroughly and note the specific personalities or special criteria we recommend (some are not good around kids, other cats, dogs, etc.). We cannot accept applications from minors or legal dependents. Read up on our adoption process . Then , if you feel your home might be the right forever home and you would like to adopt this cat, submit an online application form.
